• What format should my artwork be submitted in?

Most designers these days use Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Corel or other design software. All of these are very capable of producing artwork in the correct format for LARGE FORMAT printing.

We accept the following file types for print: EPS, PDF, TIFF and JPEG. The most preferable file types are EPS and PDF.  PLEASE CONVERT ALL TEXT TO OUTLINES.

Artwork should be submitted at 25% of the final output size and all raster or JPEG files should be 300DPI at 25% of final output size. Please convert all text to outlines! (This is because if we don't have the font used in your artwork installed at our end, it may affect our ability to make any or all changes to your text.) • Will I get a print proof?

We do not automatically supply print proofs so if you require one please ask.  We charge $10.50 + GST for a print proof to local customers on all jobs under $500.00 to cover our costs (at our discretion.) If your job is over $500.00 then your first print proof is free.

• How long will my job take?

A-Frames and Retractable Banners & small jobs are normally produced within 24 hours. Shopfronts, vehicles and larger orders take longer however we will keep you up to date with those jobs at all times & we will offer deadline assurance in most cases.

We do need your help in making the job process smooth!

Please supply all logo's and artwork in the correct formats. If you don't have them for some reason, try and request them from people like other printers who may have it on file (who produces your business cards and letterhead?) Deadlines can only be met if all these things are supplied in a timely fashion.  You can always have your designer call us at any time on (02) 6228 1670 if you are not sure what to do or provide.
